  1. Order Process

2.1 Our display of products on the website is an invitation to treat and not an offer to sell.
2.2 An offer is made when you place an order for the products. However, a contract is not formed until we accept your offer.
2.3 We process payments after verifying your card details. Goods are subject to availability. If we cannot supply the goods, we will inform you promptly and offer a full refund if you have already paid.
2.4 After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email with payment receipt. This does not confirm our acceptance of your order.
2.5 The contract between us will be formed at the point the goods are electronically delivered to you.
2.6 The contract will be concluded at the place of dispatch (electronic transfer).
2.7 We do not store details of your order for you to access later, so we advise you print the order acknowledgment and these Terms for your records.

4.2 Download products are not returnable once purchased.
4.3 By purchasing any product or subscription, you acknowledge and agree that you are committing to the full charge and are not entitled to any refunds, even if you cancel your subscription early.

5.1 Full access allows immediate access to training materials, guides, and online courses.
5.2 Full Access resources cannot be shared, resold, or used on public domains. Materials are protected by copyright and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or used in other commercial packages.

Termination of Affiliate Status

Your participation in the Affiliate Program may be terminated at any time for reasons including violation of terms, fraud, or failure to comply with data protection laws. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our discretion.

Liability

Section D – Auto-Subscription Renewal, Payment, and Cancellation

Auto-Renewal Subscription Model

By subscribing to getinterviewprep.com premium services, you agree to the auto-renewing subscription plan of £29.97 per month. This subscription grants you access to premium services, including exclusive content, online training courses, and other special features available only to premium members.

  1. Subscription Charges: The subscription fee of £29.97 per month will be automatically charged to your payment method on the same date each month, starting from the date of your initial subscription.
  2. Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew every month unless cancelled, and you will be billed £29.97 on the renewal date.

Cancellation of Subscription

  1. Cancellation Notice: To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel your subscription at least 7 days before the next billing date. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the charge for the following month.
  2. How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription by contacting us at support@getinterviewprep.com through your account settings on the website. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.
  3. Impact of Cancellation: Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be terminated, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
  4. No Refund Policy: There are no refunds for payments already processed. If you choose to cancel your subscription after payment has been made for the current period, you will retain access to premium services until the end of that billing cycle.

Disputes Regarding Charges

  1. Dispute Process: If you believe there has been an error in billing or an issue with the renewal charges, you must contact us within 2 days of the billing date. We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  2. Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us, your access to premium services may be suspended, and your subscription may be terminated. Any outstanding balances will remain your responsibility.
